Meet Dr. Renee Spinella Back to Health PT
My Philosophy to Care

At Back to Health PT, I have a unique approach to treatment. Over the years, I have found that many common pelvic health conditions have an underlying mechanical cause contributing to the symptoms. I use my training in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy to quickly and efficiently identify those situations where the spine is causing or contributing to your symptoms. The goal: by the end of the first visit, you have something you can start working on at home, so you can start feeling better as quickly as possible. I strive to get you back to all aspects of life. You deserve to live your best life!
